These terms of use apply to the use of viapano.com and the Viapano platform, operated by CH PRO, S.A., Panama. By registering or using our service you agree to these terms.

2. Registration and Accounts

• Provide accurate, up-to-date information.
• Only one account per person. Disposable email addresses are prohibited.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these rules or appear fraudulent.

3. Acceptable Use

You may only upload content you have rights to. Prohibited: copyright infringement, pornography, violence, extremism, hate speech, or illegal material. Violations can result in immediate removal and account termination.

4. Pricing, Subscriptions & Payments

• Prices shown on the website at time of purchase apply.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before renewal.
• Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
• 30-day money-back guarantee (minus $10 processing fee for paid plans).

Free accounts may be terminated at any time without notice.

5. Content Rights & Publication

You retain ownership of your panoramas and tours. You may publish them freely on your sites and social channels (free accounts are for private use only and may show Viapano advertising).

6. API & Third-Party Use

Our API is provided as-is. Abuse or usage that harms the platform may result in revocation of access.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue parts of the service.

8. Changes to Terms

Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
